NCC
The NCC (National Caravan Council) is the trade body for the park home industry and is responsible for setting industry standards.
The NCC is a not-for-profit membership organisation. It works with its member companies for the benefit of the consumer. Members include the leading residential park home manufacturers, park operators and specialist suppliers of products and services.
Members are committed to continual improvement in quality and raising levels of customer satisfaction.
NCC Independent Dispute Resolution Service
When you own a park home, usually everything is fine. However, in the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the park, or your home, providing the supplier is a member of the NCC, then, for certain complaints you can use the free NCC Independent Dispute Resolution Service.
