The Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) has published information for park home residents in England on their rights and obligations under the Mobile Homes Act 2013 .
In February 2016, the PARK-help-LINE was launched and aims to provide a free, friendly and confidential service which directs park home owners to those who can properly assist them with matters relating to park
home living. The helpline (020 3846 6601) is being trialled for 6 months.

There is also provision for a dispute resolution service, using the FTT (First Tier Property Tribunal).
